We are happy announce the completion of the acquisition of the Stora Enso Näpi sawmill. The transaction includes all the land and buildings used by the former Näpi sawmill, as well as equipment related to wood processing, excluding the sawmill’s machinery.

This strategic acquisition allows us to significantly increase its production capacity, ensuring expansion opportunities in international export markets while providing employment for local residents.

“The situation in the wood sector has presented various challenges in recent years, but we believe in the long-term growth of wood usage. Expanding production capacity in wood processing, both in planing and painting, will help strengthen our position in existing markets and gain new ones. Estonia has a certain advantage due to its location, as wood grows in this region and is well exportable worldwide.”
